    Share

Top Turkish club Galatasaray has issued an ultimatum to Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, as the club grows frustrated over his silence regarding a permanent transfer.

Osimhen, who spent the 2024/25 season on loan from Napoli, had a remarkable season with Galatasaray, scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists in 41 matches. His outstanding performance played a crucial role in helping the team win both the Turkish Süper Lig and the Turkish Cup.

According to Turkish sports daily Fanatik, Galatasaray and Napoli have already agreed on the transfer fee for Osimhen’s permanent move. However, the 25-year-old forward and his representatives have yet to give the club a clear answer, leaving Galatasaray anxious and growing increasingly impatient.

Club officials are reportedly putting pressure on Osimhen to make a decision soon, having already submitted a detailed offer to his camp.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk is keen to build his attack around the Nigerian international, but the club fears losing out if the delay continues.
