Former Nigerian midfielder John Mikel Obi has warned Chelsea about the strength of Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the Club World Cup final on Sunday.
Speaking on DAZN after PSG’s impressive 4-0 win over Real Madrid in the semi-final, Mikel Obi said no team wants to face PSG in their current form.
“The way PSG played was a complete masterclass,” he said. “Every team in the world is asking, ‘How can we play like this?’ No one wants to play PSG right now.”
PSG will be looking to add the Club World Cup trophy to their recent Champions League win, while Chelsea will try to stop the Ligue 1 giants and claim the title for themselves.
