Chelsea have placed a £100 million price tag on Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson following interest from Italian giants AC Milan, according to reports by the Daily Mail
Jackson, 24, has struggled for form in recent months and has slipped down the pecking order after Chelsea signed Liam Delap and Joao Pedro earlier this summer. The forward has managed only four goals since the start of the year, sparking speculation about his future at Stamford Bridge.
Milan, in search of a new striker after Tammy Abraham returned to Roma and later joined Turkish club Besiktas, are said to be considering a move for Jackson. Luka Jovic has also exited the club after his contract expired, leaving the Serie A side short of attacking options.
Sources suggest that intermediaries have indicated Jackson may be open to a move, but Chelsea have no intention of selling unless a huge offer is made. The London club signed him from Villarreal two years ago for £32 million and have since tied him to a long-term deal running until 2033.
Despite flashes of brilliance and a total of 30 goals and 12 assists in 81 games, Jackson has struggled with consistency and discipline — receiving two red cards in his last five appearances.
Chelsea’s firm stance reflects their belief in the striker’s potential, even though his recent form has attracted criticism. Whether Milan will match the Blues’ high valuation remains to be seen.
