Liverpool forward Luis Diaz has decided to leave the club this summer, despite the Reds’ efforts to keep him at Anfield.

According to top football journalist Fabrizio Romano, German champions Bayern Munich are interested in Diaz and may return with a new offer. Liverpool has already rejected two bids for the Colombian winger.

Diaz, who joined Liverpool from Porto in 2022, has impressed with his speed and skill. But reports say he is now open to a move to Bayern Munich. Barcelona, who were also interested, have reportedly pulled out of the race to sign him.

Liverpool still hopes to hold on to the 27-year-old, but Diaz is believed to have made up his mind to leave.

Meanwhile, in another transfer development, Spanish giants Barcelona have contacted the agents of Real Madrid star Rodrygo. According to Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte, the Catalan club wants to open talks if the Brazilian decides to leave Madrid.
