Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has rejected a N100 million offer to physically confront social media critic Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), saying he would only agree to the fight if offered N1 billion.
The feud between the two began after Portable criticised VeryDarkMan for attacking the administration of President Bola Tinubu. Since then, both men have exchanged harsh words, diss tracks, and online insults, drawing massive attention on social media.
In a video posted on Instagram, Portable laughed off the N100 million offer, claiming his fans regularly give him that much.
“That N100 million, my fans give it to me. N100 million is small for me to fight VDM. Let them give me one billion, I will fight him and beat him,” he said.
Portable further added that VDM is difficult to deal with, even for authorities.
“You are scared of him. You can’t jail him, yet you want me to fight and beat him,” the singer added.
The clash between Portable and VeryDarkMan continues to trend online, as fans of both sides follow the drama closely.
