    Dr. Nonye Soludo, wife of Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo, has been honoured with the prestigious 2025 First Lady of the Year award for Healthcare and Child Support. The award was presented at the Nigerian Humanitarian Awards & Magazine, a respected national event recognising outstanding contributions to humanitarian causes across Nigeria.

    The award recognises Dr. Nonye Soludo’s dedication to improving community health and child welfare through her flagship programme, Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo. This initiative has made significant strides in raising health awareness, promoting maternal and child care, educating on nutrition, and supporting vulnerable families across both rural and urban communities in Anambra State.

    The Nigerian Humanitarian Awards, presented annually by the Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation, involves a rigorous nomination and public voting process.
