Wike Will Be Disgraced, He’s Fighting God – Primate Ayodele

    Share

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has delivered a stern warning to Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and former Governor of Rivers State.

The outspoken cleric claims that Wike’s political feud with Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara, is not merely a power struggle but a spiritual battle. According to Ayodele, Wike is on a dangerous path that could lead to his ultimate downfall.

Primate Ayodele’s declaration comes amid the escalating political tension in Rivers State, where a major crisis has erupted between Wike and Fubara. The prophet made it clear that Wike is “fighting God through Fubara” and warned that unless he stops, he will face disgrace in Abuja.

In a statement released on Tuesday, October 8, Ayodele’s media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, emphasized that the ongoing battle between Wike and Fubara has far-reaching consequences. Ayodele cautioned both politicians against using Rivers State as a battlefield for their ambitions, especially as the 2027 general elections approach.

According to Primate Ayodele, Wike’s ongoing struggle will not only affect Rivers State but also create internal strife within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Wike’s party.

The cleric predicted that the political fights will spill over to the national level, leading to a clash between Wike and top APC members.

“Wike will tear APC apart,” Ayodele stated. “He will be disgraced in Abuja. If he isn’t careful, he will not be part of the people that will arrange the 2027 politics.”

The prophet’s comments highlight a brewing storm within Nigeria’s political landscape, with Wike at the center of a potentially explosive conflict that could shake the ruling party to its core.

In his prophetic warning, Primate Ayodele didn’t mince words about Wike’s future. He stated that Wike is on a collision course with both political forces and spiritual judgment. Ayodele believes Wike’s arrogance and refusal to back down from his confrontation with Fubara will only bring him trouble.

“He is fighting God through Fubara, and if he doesn’t desist, politics will leave him and he will be forgotten,” Ayodele warned. “He should stop all these troubles.”

Ayodele’s stark message implies that Wike’s power and influence, which have been formidable over the years, may not be enough to shield him from the looming crisis. The prophet suggested that Wike’s political missteps could lead to his isolation and irrelevance.

Primate Ayodele also spoke about Rivers State itself, issuing a warning that divine judgment is coming to the state. He predicted that this judgment would affect the political landscape, leaving some individuals standing while others fall.

“The crisis will not end now, but a big man will be used as a sacrifice in this war,” Ayodele ominously stated. He further cautioned Wike to remember that despite his current position in Abuja, he will eventually return to Rivers State, where this divine judgment will take place.

“Wike shouldn’t forget he is still coming back home; the judgment of God is coming to Rivers State; it will take one and leave one,” he added.

Wike and Fubara’s relationship has been a subject of controversy for months. Wike, who governed Rivers State from 2015 to 2023, played a key role in Fubara’s emergence as governor. However, their relationship began to deteriorate shortly after Fubara took office.

Political analysts suggest that Wike still harbors significant influence in the state’s politics and may have expected loyalty from Fubara. But Fubara, seeking to assert his independence, has begun distancing himself from Wike, leading to a bitter power struggle.

This ongoing feud between the two men has escalated tensions within the state’s political landscape, with both sides accusing each other of undermining governance and stability in the state.

Fubara, in his bid to solidify his position, has been quietly forging alliances with key stakeholders in Rivers State, while Wike’s camp accuses the governor of betraying the man who helped him rise to power.
