President Bola Ahmed Tinubu officially launched Nigeria’s 2025 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Emblem on Tuesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Additionally, Senate President Godswill Akpabio contributed N200 million on behalf of the National Assembly.
Chief of Defence Staff Christopher Musa and Inspector-General of Police Kayode Egbetokun also donated N50 million collectively on behalf of the military and police forces.
Tinubu praised the military’s recent achievements in ensuring national security.
He noted that peace and development cannot thrive without security.
“It is impossible to promote peace and development without security,” he declared.
The President acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the armed forces in maintaining Nigeria’s stability.
