A woman caused a stir online after revealing during a marriage counselling session on the popular Holy Ghost Court show with Evangelist Ebuka Obi that her husband has not kissed her since their wedding day.
She said the lack of romance is because her husband “is not clean,” explaining that he can go a whole week without bathing. “Since he married me, he has not kissed me. He just comes, opens, and enters. Ask him, he is here,” she said as the congregation burst into laughter.
The woman further said when she asks her husband to bathe before sex, he threatens to leave if she doesn’t allow him to proceed without bathing. “My former lover is very clean, but my husband is not. If I tell him to go take a bath, he says either I allow him or he will go away. I am not lying; he is here, ask him,” she said.
The emotional confession during the counselling session opened up deeper issues of intimacy and hygiene in the couple’s relationship, sparking wide conversations on marriage challenges in Nigeria.
