    Osun, Oyo, We’re Coming For You: Ganduje Celebrates Ondo Election Victory

    The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has declared that Osun and Oyo States are the party’s next targets after its triumph in the Ondo gubernatorial election.

    Ganduje made this statement after Lucky Aiyedatiwa was announced as the winner of the election in Ondo State.

    The APC chairman praised Aiyedatiwa for his appeal to voters and described him as a “sellable product.”

    Ganduje also expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for his support during the campaign.

    Speaking to journalists in Akure, Ondo State’s capital, Ganduje said the election was a testament to Nigeria’s democracy.

    “This is democracy in action,” Ganduje stated.

    He emphasized that the election process was transparent and credible, noting that all major stakeholders, including the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), endorsed the results.

    “Everybody believes that this election is credible,” he said.

    The APC chairman highlighted that the victory was a choice by the people for continuity in governance.

    “They elected APC for continuity, and there will be no abandoned projects,” Ganduje assured.

    He also commended Aiyedatiwa’s ability to win public trust and credited the party’s strategy for securing the victory.

    “He is a candidate that was sellable, and we sold him to the public,” Ganduje said with confidence.

    Ganduje reserved special thanks for President Tinubu, calling his influence pivotal to the victory.

    “We also thank Mr President,” he added.

    With the Ondo election wrapped up, Ganduje revealed the party’s sights are now set on Osun and Oyo States.
