President Bola Tinubu is set to deliver an address tomorrow (Wednesday) to mark the nation’s Democracy Day.
Twin releases from the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, and the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, say the address is scheduled for 7 am on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
The president’s men urged television, radio, and electronic media outlets to ensure widespread coverage.
The statement says, “Television, radio, and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to plug into the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the broadcast.”
Analysts say the is anticipated to cover a range of issues pertinent to Nigeria’s democracy, including progress made, ongoing challenges, and future strategies.
