As speculation mounts that President Bola Tinubu is about to rejig his cabinet, the president initiated a series of new appointments, ushering in fresh leadership across critical government agencies on Saturday.

The agencies included the National Pension Commission (PENCOM), Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA), and the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), among others.

According to statements released by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesman, the appointments take immediate effect pending confirmation by the Nigerian Senate.

The move, government sources say, underscores Tinubu’s commitment to injecting efficiency and strategic leadership into key sectors of national governance.
