    Ellie Bitar Removed from EFCC’s CBEX Wanted List, Seven Still at Large

    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has removed Ellie Bitar, a suspect linked to the controversial Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX), from its wanted list. The decision was made following new information that cleared him of any involvement in the alleged fraud surrounding the company.

    EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale confirmed the development on Wednesday, stating that the Commission had made progress in its ongoing investigations. While Bitar has been delisted, seven other individuals remain on the wanted list for their suspected roles in the fraud. The remaining suspects are:

    -Seyi Oloyede

    -Emmanuel Uko

    -Adefowora Oluwanisola
