    Singer Portable Sentenced to Three Months in Prison for Assaulting Police Officer​

    Nigerian street-hop singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been sentenced to three months in prison by a Chief Magistrate Court in Ifo, Ogun State.​

    The court found him guilty of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest during an incident that occurred on November 18, 2022, in the Okeosa, Ilogbo area.​

    Chief Magistrate Babajide Ilo delivered the judgment, stating that Portable was guilty on two counts.​

    He was granted bail in the sum of N300,000, with two sureties from his immediate family.​
